A Practice Based Approach

 

If you go to the gym and just listen to an instructor talk about fitness, we guarantee you will not get fit!

Similarly if you are learning to play a musical instrument, you can’t just sit and listen to the instructor, while taking notes.

Yet, when it comes to personal & professional development, that seems to be the common approach. People sit in a training room, listening to an expert talk about new skills and hope to acquire new skills!

At BetterTraining.net  we take a practice based approach. Our courses rely on custom designed exercises, games, challenges and simulations. During our renowned ”Presentation & Public Speaking” training, every participant will deliver between 17 and 25 presentations ranging from 60 seconds to 15 minutes!

This repeated practice, with feedback from the trainer and continuous improvement results in instinctive performance in the real world. You don’t even need to think about putting your new skills to work, you just do it!
